    These little converters come in real handy when it comes to lighting your small projects. I do a lot of 3D printing and use converters like this for lighting my prints so I don’t have to worry about adding resistors to keep my leds from burning out. I can add or subtract leds with no real problem this way.
    I used this one to power a 3D print I just finished.
    One other thing that’s nice about these little converters is that you don’t have to worry too much about the input voltage. You just have to slap on a dc adapter with a voltage in the correct range. No biggy.
